Q : What is Nilufar’s return policy?
- You may return your item if it has manufacturing defects or if you received the wrong item.
- You may do so via mail or you may return it to our store. However, the initial shipping fee imposed will not be reimbursed.
- An item exchange may be done given that the new item(s) come up to a total higher than the price of the returned item. Any negative difference will not be refunded.
- The item returned must be in new/unused condition.
- Full refund processes may take up to a month, depending on the payment provider’s policy.
- Please return any defect or incorrect item within 7 working days. Countdown starts from the date you received the item.
- Nilufar reserves the right for final decision.

Q: How do I return the item via mail?
If your item qualifies for return, please send an email to us containing your name, contact number, invoice number, item (code/description) & quantity, and reason of return. Kindly contact a courier service provider to arrange the return process.

Upon receiving your return via mail, please allow up to 3 days to process it. Physical returns in-store will be processed upon return.

A: You can track return status using the tracking number provided to you by our logistics partner.
NOTE: In the unlikely event that your return is invalid, our Customer Service will notify you before sending it back to you. Your return courier fee will not be reimbursed.
