Q: What courier service does Nilufar use?
We are currently using Gdex as our primary delivery service.

Q: What is Nilufar’s shipping rate?
Shipping depends on the weight of your order and the type of area the receiving address is in.

Q : How long will it take for my item to reach me?
Normally takes  7 – 14 days for delivery.

Q : Can I check my shipment after my order?
Yes. After we ship out your order, you will receive a notification on your e-mail with your tracking number. You can track your shipment from the utilised courier service’s website.

Q: Can my parcel be delivered to an office address?
Yes, your parcel can be delivered to an office address. Please enter your name, department and building address so that the item may reach you.

Q : Is it possible to ship to East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak)?
Yes. However, the rate depends on the area and the weight of your parcel.

Q : What about other countries outside of Malaysia?
We do not provide shipping outside of Malaysia at the moment.

Q : How will Nilufar notify me if there’s a problem with my order?
All order communication is done via email, so it’s important that your email address is accurate and current.

Q : What if the parcel is delivered when I was not in?
Please contact the courier service as soon as possible to arrange another delivery time.

Q : I haven’t received my item. Who should I contact?
All orders are processed from Monday to Friday but are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing, too! If you still think your order is missing, you can call us at 017-447 6268 send us an email or contact us with our Enquiry Form.

Q : What should I do if I received a broken or incorrect item?
Please check the item as soon as you received it. If the item is broken or incorrect, please take a photo of it and e-mail it to admin@nilufar.com.my, with a simple message. We will guide you.
